Menus in svdem

As I promised yesterday, I implemented menus. Click on the image to get full view of my current svdem from svtools.

Of course there are issues :-) Menus probably do not work for more windows properly, no separators, no checkboxes, no shortcuts, no events. I certainly forgot something. But it looks nice now ;-)

I hope I'll find some more time next days to continue.
