New NSIS welcome screen in pj32

Thanks to kami_ we now have new NSIS welcome screen in childworkspace pj32:



So right now, only the following NSIS bugs are present: #i48741# (NSIS: wrong encoding of text), #i49861# (NSIS: remove the directory after the NSIS is finished) and #i52862# (NSIS installer: Yes/No in *every language*). Volker seems to have one issue with 4NT (#i52093#) though. -----
