SRX645_m49 ready for use

Hamburg RE announced SRX645_m49 milestone. Integrated child workspaces: vclppbugs6, fwkbugfixpp4, sw7pp4c, sw7pp4.

I have just started builds of it on GNU/Linux, Solaris/SPARC and Microsoft Windows systems. -----
